Ocuera (Renaco) (Ficus trigona) is a herb used in the Amazonian Plant Medicine tradition to help with Bone Health, Fracture Healing, Wound Healing, and Arthritis. The aerial parts and leaves are the parts traditionally used, used both internally and topically.
