- 80-proof vodka — 300ml
Instructions
- Combine all herbs in a clean glass jar.
- Cover completely with vodka; herbs must be fully submerged.
- Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark cupboard.
- Shake daily for 4–6 weeks.
- Strain, press herbs, and bottle in amber dropper glass.
- Dose: 30–40 drops in water twice daily, in the first 2 weeks of the menstrual cycle.
