Rosehip (Rosa canina) is a herb used in the Western Herbalism and Mediterranean traditions to help with Immune Support, Arthritis, Skin Health, and Fatigue. The aerial parts and leaves are the parts traditionally used, used both internally and topically.

  • Cover while steeping.
  • Strain and drink.

  • Pack dried Rosehip into a jar and cover with 40–60% alcohol.
  • Seal and steep for 4–6 weeks, shaking daily.
